Riversport has a rental fleet consisting of four person rafts, single person recreational kayaks, canoes, and sit-on-top kayaks. We rent these boats on the popular Middle Yough Gorge, a class II section of the Yough between Confluence and Ohiopyle. We have you start right from our Store location here in Confluence. All rafts, kayaks, and canoes include equipment, and shuttles back from Ohiopyle. We begin around 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. After 1 p.m. you can still take advantage of our short 2 mile trip down river to our camp facilities.

Raft the Middle Yough Gorge (4-5 hour trip) $60 : This section of the Yough consists of approximately nine class II rapids in it's ten mile journey to Ohiopyle. The rapids are separated by long slow pools and class I riffles. This is a very easy and laid-back raft trip suitable for the entire family. It takes between four and six hours, and has many nice swimming holes as well as beautiful resting spots for a nice shore lunch. The trout fishing is superb!
Recreational Kayaks (3 hour trip) $35: Looking for more excitement? Try the Recreational Kayaks-Click Here These boats are easy to use, and behave much like whitewater kayaks without the hassle of learning wet-exits, eskimo rolls, and proper strokes. These kayaks are hard plastic and therefore they track and behave much better than the "duckies" that others rent. Reserve these in advance as we frequently rent all these out. They are our most popular boat.
Canoe the Middle Yough (3 hour trip) $50: Want to paddle with a friend? Try canoeing the Middle Yough Gorge. This challenging trip is unparalleled in scenic beauty and exciting rapids for canoeing. We use Dagger Legends, ABS plastic canoes which are strong and very user friendly.
Bicycles & the Allegheny Bike Trail (all day) $3.50 per hour: We rent comfortable bicycles for you to enjoy our great rails to trails bike path system. One of the most scenic rides of this trail begins in Confluence right from our store location and goes to Ohiopyle (9 mi.) The river can be seen practically the entire way. While you bike, you will discover the natural history of the Turkeyfoot Valley where George Washington did surveying, and travel along the old rail system that would transport goods up and down the Yough Valley. Watch for paddlers up and down the river, as they run class II rapids like Ram Cat, and Z Rapids.

Mini-float.........................rent any of the above boats for 1/2 price for a easy float trip from our store to our camp. Only available after 1:00PM. The distance is two miles, there is no time limit. No reservations will be taken for these mini-float trips.
